1. Look up the number of the restaurant you want to go to online or in the Yellow Pages.

2. Call the restaurant and let them know how many in your party and what time you would like to arrive. Also, let them know if you prefer a booth or table.

3. Arrive five minutes early with the complete party. If someone is late or if you have more coming than expected, call ahead and let the hostess know. This saves time.
