Quiche is my favorite, I used to try that since 10th grade, my sophomore year.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Flour
  • Margarine
  • Cheese
  • Milk
  • Leeks
  • Eggs
  • Water
Step1
Take out a big dish bowl and put it on the counter-top.
Step2
Pour 300 grams of flour in the bowl.
Step3
Pour 150 mL of margarine into the flour and stir it until looks like a fine breadcrumbs.
Step4
Add a few teaspoons of water to form a dough and put it in the refrigerator to firm up.
Step5
Take 2 cups of leeks, put it in the pan and soften it up in a little butter.
Step6
Roll out the pastry and use it to line a greased tin, bake blind at 180 degrees for five minutes.
Step7
Take out a dish bowl, put in 250mL of milk, 150 grams of cheese, 3 eggs including the leeks that you had just butter up, and mix all of them up together.
Step8
Pour it into pastry case and sprinkle it with Italian seasoning.
Step9
Put it in the oven and bake it at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step10
You can serve it hot or cold.
