How to Make a Honey Mustard Glazed Ham

With Easter coming up this weekend here is a simple recipe to make your own honey mustard glazed ham.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 5-6lb bone in ham(shank or rump portion)
  • whole cloves optional
  • 1/2 cup of Honey Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup of packed brown sugar or honey.
  1. Step 1

    Score ham and stud with cloves.Place ham on rack in roasting pan. Bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 to 2 1/4 hours or until internal temperature of 140°F.

  2. Step 2

    Combine mustard, Worcestershire and brown sugar or honey in small saucepan. Heat just to a boil until sugar melts, stirring.

  3. Step 3

    Baste glaze often onto ham during the last 30 minutes of baking. Serve additional glaze or honey mustard on the side.
