Do you not have the memory you would like or have problems remembering everyday tasks. No matter age or health condition memory issues can effect every one. I will share with some simple ways to improve day to day memory issues.
If you have problems remembering names think of someone you know in the person's social circle, and by association you;ll remember the new person's names. You may also prevent the problem by focusing on the name when you meet a new person.
Step2
Have problems finding car keys? Calm down relax and take a few deep breaths. Your memory improves when you are relaxed. To prevent the problem of loosing your keys place a drawer, hook or bowl where you alway put your keys every time you walk through the door.
Step3
Have problems finding your car in the parking lot? Retrace the mental choices you made while parking the car. To prevent the problem observe where you parked ( like section 2A) and take a mental snapshot that relates. you may also choose to write down where you car is.
Step4
Can you just not get that word of the tip of your tongue? Run through the alphabet, the word can get triggered by the first letter, If you are stuck, focus on something else, and the answer may pop into you head. I hate to say this, but there is no way of preventing this. Just comfort your self that this is normal and it will eventually come to you.
Tips & Warnings
Keeping a daily task list can do wonder in keeping yourself on task.

Great topic! I have a 90-year old brain in a 30 year-old body. I can't remember directions, names, nada. I do remember word associations though, so I try to use them for everything. If I go to the mall to get glasses, and park in section G, I tell myself "G for glasses", etc. If I meet someone new, I try to associate their name with something about how they look, or make up a rhyme about it like "Cher has big hair" For some reason that seems to stick!
