To keep a great looking skin you have to have a schedule. You should wake up at an intended time, have a light but healthy breakfast consisting of fresh fruits and herb or mint tea. Around 4 or 5 hours later you should have your lunch consisting of balanced meal of fiber e.g. whole wheat, fish and lots of vegetable or salad. The dinner should contain the same stuff as of lunch's with the addition of some antioxidant e.g. pomegranate or cranberry juice to clean out the oxidation damage of the day before you sleep. It is a very good idea to exercise in between meals and drink lots of water. Doctors recommend drinking at least two liters of water a day to keep your skin rejuvenated. To make sure that your skin has the blood supply it needs for the day, you should do at least half an hour work out. The best work out is a little stretch, yoga or even a brisk walk. Don't forget to breath in and out deeply to get rid of all the carbon dioxide in your lungs and supply fresh oxygen from the environment around. Going for a hike in woods once a week is also a good idea. It cleans your lungs and provide your skin with freshly needed oxygen to have a great look. Use of good quality creams and lotions is ok. When going out in sun for longer times, the use of sun screen is recommended. The use of citrus fruits which provide adequate amounts of vitamin C for your skin is a good idea.
