  4. Step 4

    Massage your scalp regularly to stimulate blood circulation in the scalp to promote growth.

  5. Step 5

    Limit your use of wigs and hats. They can be rough on the hairline and cause breakage.

    Clip your ends regularly. This keeps the strands strong and healthy and makes the hair look better.
