Let's face it. Most of us have over ripe bananas in our kitchen. Don't have the time for banana bread? Don't toss them out. Make this quick and easy banana pudding instead.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 3 quite ripe bananas
  • 2 small packages of instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 small container of whipped topping
  • 20-30 Nilla wafers
  • 2 Large bowls
  • 3 cups milk
Step1
Mix three cups milk and two packages of instant banana pudding in a large bowl.
Step2
Slice bananas.
Step3
Place one layer of Nilla wafers along the bottom of the unused bowl and up the sides of the bowl. Balance them carefully and they will stay.
Step4
Place banana slices on top of the layer of Nilla wafers.
Step5
Pour about 1/3 of the vanilla pudding over the layer of wafers and bananas. The pudding should set for about 5 minutes after you mix it. This gives you plenty of time to do prep work.
Step6
Repeat steps 3-5 until you are out of wafers, bananas and pudding. I can usually do about 3 layers.
Step7
Generously heap whip topping over the top of the pudding. And let the pudding sit for about 1-2 hours in your refrigerator. Then enjoy!
