Step1
Exercise. Nothing can do more for your health that a good walk, or even a good stretch. Do one one, you will feel instantly better. The great thing about exercise is that you become addicted to it. Just stick to it for a week and you'll be on your way.
Step2
Eat right. Kind of a no brainer, but keep away from those refined sugars, and oils. Do it for a week and you will be surprised at how much better food tastes. Don't worry too much about cutting coffee, it isn't as bad as people make it out to be, though try to keep it to under 2 cups.
Step3
Be active. Do you get home and just sit on the couch to rest from all that sitting at work? If this is the case, try unplug your T.V. or computer, or put that book down, and get up and do something, ANYTHING. Clean off maybe, or go outside, to some activity or another. Live life. This will give you exercise, but also do wonders for your stress.
