How to boost your confidence

I know that i was bullied in school from the age of 8 till about 16. I could not understand why people had it in for me. As a result my confidence hit rock bottom. You'll learn a basic step by step guide, to turn your back on past experiences and look forward to a new and exciting future.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

  • Willpower
  • Determination

Step1
Look at your life in general, look at the things you have. Health, youth, a caring family etc. Do not think of problems or negative thoughts. Sit down and close your eyes, preferably outside or in a peaceful room where you will not be disturbed. Take in deep breaths and exhale slowly. Imagine your troubles floating away as you exhale and hope coming in as you inhale. Do this twice a day, preferably before and after a hard day at work.
Step2
If you have no hobby, think about joining a club that provides a disciplined exercise routine. I did kenpo karate but if you are that bit older or have any back problems, go to something calmer like tai chi. Always consult your doctor before staring a new activity.
Step3
I always found that your diet helps the way you feel. I am not talking about cutting out all sugars and eating nothing but vegetables. All diets say moderation is important and i believe that. If you have a stressful day at work, why not have a bar of chocolate when you get home.
Step4
Lastly be yourself. There is nothing worse then trying to live up to other people's expectations. I now have a wonderful partner and it's only happened since i have used these steps.
