Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Stickers: Divide by design and purpose, keeping fames and letters separate. Load a three-ring binder with paper protects for large sheets and trading-card sleeves for singles.
Step2
Scraps: Set aside bits and pieces and only if they’re large enough to be used again. Gather them in a decorative bowl or jar. Roll larger sheets and arrange in a basket to add a pretty touch.
Step3
Paper: Organize solids by color and prints by theme. File into horizontal letter boxes and tag. If shelf space is a problem, place papers in accordion files that can be lined up in a drawer.
Step4
Pictures: Save snapshots onto CD’s and print them as needed. Between scrapping sessions, store printed portraits in photo boxes labeled by category, person or date.
Step5
Tools: Group like items, such as cutting devices, writing implements and adhesives. Fill drawers with clean plastic shoe boxes and assign a category to each. For Shallow drawers, separate objects using utensil trays.
Step6
Ribbon: Place into one big box. Wind loose stands around empty paper-towel holder and secure with tape.
Step7
Embellishments: Sort by shade or type-separate buttons from brads and clips from grommets, for example. Scour the house for containers including jars, tines film canisters, egg cartons and ice cube trays.

on 7/11/2008 This is great! I need to get more organized like this. I am tempted to just start making digital scrapbooks on shutterfly though! Now mess involved and if it gets wrecked I can just reorder my project.
