Layer half of the low-fat yogurt, granola, blueberries, strawberries, kiwi fruit, wheat germ and flaxseed in 4 glasses.

These ingredients can easily be made into a smoothie for breakfast. Blend all ingredients, except the granola, in a blender, including a few ice cubes.
For just one healthy breakfast parfait, use 1/4 of the ingredients.
