Red potatoes are often served swimming in butter and spices. They are delicious that way, but not exactly great for a low-fat diet. Here is a tasty and low-fat version of roasted red potatoes that is virtually guilt-free.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Red potatoes - 1 1/2 pounds
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (the more pure, the better)
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh rosemary
  • Baking sheet
  • Oven
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Step1
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Step2

Step4
Add the chopped fresh rosemary and toss until evenly distributed.
Step5
Place the potatoes onto a baking sheet.
Step6
Roast the potatoes in your preheated oven for about 30 to 35 minutes.
Step7
Season the roasted red potatoes to your taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve.
