Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 quart Hot Water
  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 12 ounce can Tomato Paste
  • 1 Large Onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 3 Bay Leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Ground All Spice
  • 1 teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Step1
Brown the ground beef in a large pot.
Step2
Pour the hot water into the pot with the browned ground beef. Add all remaining ingredients and stir.

Step4
Remove the three bay leaves before serving, and you're ready to eat! This chili is great with a little extra chopped onion and shredded cheddar cheese on top!

on 3/18/2008 Yes, I agree with writergig. I don't mind it, because my husband's chili is great, but I am curious to try it bean-less. It sounds very tasty.
