When working at home it is so easy to gain weight. I never realized how much activity it took me to go to work, until I saw my waist line expanding. Not only was I moving less but I was eating more because it was more convenient. Let me share with you how I took off and kept off the "work at home weight".

on 3/17/2008 Step 4 works really well when you have a dog. I spent break times walking my dog. It "justified" leaving my desk! It also saved my life, according to the doctors, when I had a stroke five months ago. Great tips all around!

on 5/8/2008 More good tips, Amy! When at the computer, I have to keep reminding myself to get up and take a break and get moving. It's so easy to move into a sedentary mode.
