Celebrate little things. You don't need a promotion or a new baby to celebrate. (Although those are great reasons)! You made it through the whole day without a cup of coffee? Passed up that chocolate after lunch? Woo-hoo! Party time!
Step2
Visit 123greetings.com. You can find a list of a reason to celebrate everyday of the year. Did you know that August 13th is Left Handed Day? Celebrate with your southpaw friends!
Step3
If nothing else, you're reading this which means you're alive! I can't think of a better thing to celebrate. Can you?

This is the only day that we have, we should be celebrating life's achievements big or small. My 2 year old son does his little dance whenever he is happy whether it's swimming, holding mom & dad in his arms or having a treat...he celebrates the little rewards but to him it's the whole world. I think about that all the time. Do your dance.
