Casseroles of all varieties are a favorite home-cooked dish, typically with the flavors of comfort food, and are easy to carry to pot-luck suppers. This is a quick, easy, delicious and inexpensive recipe for green bean casserole

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 10 ¾ oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 (14.5 oz.) cans cut green beans (I like French cut style), drained
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 1/3 cup French’s French Fried Onions
  • 1 tsp. Worcestireshire sauce
  • 1 tsp. Teriyaki sauce
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese
  1. Step 1

    The first step in preparing this green bean casserole is in a 1 ½ qt. casserole, mix all ingredients except 2/3 cup French Fried Onions.

  2. Step 2

    The next step to preparing this green bean casserole is to bake for 30 min. at 350° F or until hot.

  3. Step 3

    Stir the ingredients in the casserole. Top off the casserole with 2/3 cup onions. Bake the green bean casserole for 5 min. more or until onions are golden.
