Things You’ll Need:

  • 2 to 3 cans mixed vegetables
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Ritz or Townhouse crackers, crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter

Step1
The first step to make this vegetable casserole is to mix all ingredients together (except crackers and butter) and place into casserole dish.
Step2
Crumble crackers over the top of vegetable casserole mixture, then pour melted butter over crackers.
Step3
Bake the vegetable casserole in oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Tips & Warnings

  • Preferably use low sodium varieties of sauce and/or soup, otherwise the vegetable casserole may begin to taste a little salty.
