3.Plan something to look forward to.
4.Buy something for yourself even if it cost only a dollar.

If you have anxiety learn how to relax in any situation but it takes alot of control and work, If you have anxiety dont leave the situation it will pass.If you have to leave return, because the more you avoid it the worse it will be to go back.

Ways to relax are stay in reality and keep focused on the present count from 100 down to one, feel the texture of you clothes, count people,speak to someone even if you dont know them.
