Looking for a fast card game? Look no further. Speed is the game for you. It is a game that will challenge the speed of your cognition as well as your hand/eye coordination.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Two decks of cards
  1. Step 1

Shuffle both decks of cards together.

  2. Step 2

Count out five cards each and place them face down in two piles next to each other in the middle of the table. Leave enough space for two more piles in the middle.

  3. Step 3

The rest of the cards should also be dealt out evenly amongst the two players. They should be in two even piles, one in front of each player. These will be the cards you need to finish playing to win.

  4. Step 4

Each player should flip over the top card from the middle piles. These will be the cards you will use to help you get rid of your pile.

  5. Step 5

Take the first five cards from your individual pile. You can look at these. You can play your card if either middle pile has a card that has the previous or next number from your card. For example, if the card in the middle is a five, you can play either a six or a four. The suits do not matter in this game.

  6. Step 6

Each time you play a card, get another from your individual pile while always maintaining five cards in your hand.

  7. Step 7

If you get stuck, you must wait until you can play again or until the other player gets stuck and cannot play. If this happens, you can both flip over the next card in the small deck in the middle to get you started again.

  8. Step 8

The first player to run out of cards in their individual deck wins.
