Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Determine that you do, in fact, have nothing to do. No deadlines to be met. No appointments to get to. No schedules to stick to. No one to meet up with. Once you are absolutely positive you have nothing that needs any kind of immediate attention, you can get started with doing nothing.
Step2
Determine your ideal “do nothing” activity. Whether it's staring mindlessly at the TV for hours on end or surfing the Internet for nothing in particular to reading a book of your choosing for an unspecified reason or amount of time. Everyone’s do nothing activity is different, so figure out what yours is.
Step3
Get cracking on doing nothing, guilt-free. The best part of doing nothing is knowing that there isn’t something more pressing you should be doing. This will allow you to get the most pleasure out of your nothing time.
