How to become a Non-Profit Incorporation

This article is for churches or ministries just starting out. This will allow you to name your ministry and be recognized by the county that you live in or where you intend on minitering.

Things You’ll Need:

• The name of your ministry
• know who you will name as the president/secretary or assistant secretary
• 13.00 fee is required

1. Go to your local probate judges office.
2. Ask for the form "Article of Incorporation" for a domestic non-profit organization.
3. The Form is fairly self-explanatory just keep in mind that everytime you have to ammend the article of incorporation there is a fee you have to pay.
