How to lose weight is to exercise as many times as you can go. This is for you females, never eat too many fats or proteins like meats and sweets.

Things You’ll Need:

Step1
Use your scale to see how much you weight, it you weight more than 200 pounds receive some help as soon as possible.
Step2
Use the telephone to call for an doctor appointment, tell the doctor how to lose weight.
Step3
A doctor might give you the description that you must follow, take it after exercising or before going to bed.
Step4
When you wake up in the morning, eat less like an hot oatmeal. Go to the gym on the weekends if you had the chance and start doing 10 to 25 push ups. When you're done, start walking, not on the basketball court but around the whole court for about 10 minutes. When you're done, then start jogging or running the best you can for about 5 to 10 minutes until you are feeling tired.
Step5
If you have some running shoes, use them.
Step6
When supper comes, eat less and go to sleep earlier at night. Wake up in the morning, get on the scale and see how much you weight now.
Step7
If this doesn't work, keep on doing the best you can or call a coach for help.

Tips & Warnings

  • Never eat too much fats or proteins a day.
  • Don't sit in the house all day and don't do any serious activities.
  • Never use too much greasy or fast foods, it can cause a heart attack.
