Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

You can use ice cube trays or other molds that you have as well as popsicles trays that you can buy. Just make your herbal tea the way that you always do and if you want to add some sugar for a little sweetness do so while it is hot so the sugar dissolves completely. Then just pour into your molds and place in your freezer for a few hours

  2. Step 2

When it comes to homemade popsicles you can use so many different ingredients. The possibilities are endless when it comes to homemade popsicles. You can place different ingredients into your herbal tea before placing it into the freezer to make your Popsicles have that little extra something

  3. Step 3

Try adding fresh fruit if you choose or edible flowers if you are making them for guests. You can also add a little juice such as pomegranate or blueberry, strawberry, etc. instead of sugar. It tastes great and will contain very little sugar.

  4. Step 4

There are many differnt molds that you can use to create a unique popsicle as well. There are many different types of herbal teas to choose from and you can combine a couple if you want a more flavorful taste.

on 3/14/2008 If you sweeten them with just a little Karo syrup, it doesn't taste quite as good as sugar, but the popsicles turn out more emulsified and less like ice cubes. I bet the Zinger teas turn out just gorgeous!
