Things You’ll Need:
- Lotion
- Candles
- Massage oils
- Warm bubble bath
Step1
Plan the evening out so your pregnant woman--partner, friend, daughter or mother--does not have to worry about anything all night. Surprise her or don’t--she will appreciate it either way.
Step2
Order or cook her favorite meal for dinner and have it ready for her when she gets home.
Step3
Draw a warm bubble bath for her after dinner. Light her favorite scented candles around the bathroom and play some calming music that you know she likes. Bring her some herbal tea that is safe for her to drink. Let her rest in the bath by herself.
Step4
Massage her with massage oils or lotion--whatever she prefers. Massage her entire body, beginning with her feet and finishing with her head. Take your time, and let her know that you are entirely focused on soothing her body.
Step5
Finish the night with something that you know she enjoys. If she is still awake after her body massage, take that time to pamper her with her favorite activity. Maybe she enjoys watching movies or reading poetry. End the evening with something low-key that will allow her brain to join her body in its relaxed state.
