Brush up on your vocabulary on descriptive words for the business. For instance is it correct to say disabled, handicapped, or challenged. Neither way is really wrong, but preference may differ from area. In addition to this, the research will help you feel more comfortable in interview. I have seen many people in this field give a terrible interview because they felt uneasy. Many people will pause or appoligize because they all of a sudden feel they said something wrong. If you do the research and know the basics do not worry to much about this during the interview, most people in the industry does not get easily offended. If they tell you that you said something wrong you can then apologizes and move on. Do not over think your answers.

Find openings in your living area by contacting area staffing agencies and the local Vocational Rehabilitation Center. More than likely these places do not have the opening themselves but they do business with the company's that do and they will know which company's are the best. If you have a Career Center in your area, they may also be able to point you to what company's are hiring. It is important to go through a company such as this to get the heads up of which company is the best to work for. A Job Coach is usually last to get the hours, so you want to work for a company that will be busy.
