Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

When planning a trip to Las Vegas you need to be prepared. If you plan on walking the strip, or just taking the kids out for a day at the pool, make sure you are well equipped. You will need a small backpack filled with; lots of bottled water, small snacks, and sun tan lotion.

  2. Step 2

Bringing the bottles of water will save you high prices on the strip. If you plan on gambling most of your time here, you will receive free drinks while gambling, so bottles of water may not be needed. Unless you plan on walking outside.

  3. Step 3

Bringing snacks with you will also help avoid expensive restaurants on the Strip, the McDonald's and Denny's restaurants on the strip are prices higher on the strip and around it.

  4. Step 4

Sun Tan lotion is highly recommended, especially when walking on the strip. Las Vegas has record highs of heat strokes throughout the summer, and these steps are needed in order to stay safe during the 120 degree weather.
