Instructions

    • 1

Find a website you are comfortable with. This can be a website that is shared only with people you know or a social or photo website, such as Gather, Picasa, Facebook, AOL, eBay, craigslist, Snapfish, myspace or flickr.

    • 2

Enter the website address in your web browser address bar on the top of the screen. Locate the "Upload," "Browse," "Import Photos" or similar category inside the photo tab on the website. Access the help and tutorials which will walk you through the upload for your website of choice. Find the folder where you stored the pictures.

It is helpful if you can upload more than one at a time, however, many times this is not possible.

    • 3

Ensure photos are visible upon upload. If you upload a smaller version and try to enlarge it, the appearance could be distorted. You can also edit and then post your photos online.

    • 4

Delete, edit or organize your photos as you wish and add them as you take more.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you take pictures with your camera phone, you can remove the memory card and place it in your printer or computer and download your photos that way. They will still be saved in My Pictures. (Or hook up a USB cable).

  • Do not upload photos of other people's children or your family members without their consent.

  • Be aware that some can steal your photography work, so you may want to put a light watermark seal over it.

Ohh, uploading a picture or photo is not a more technical job. But still very useful for newbie internet users but one generation older. Because new generation kids are well versed in using internet than matured adults now. Right? Anyway good article, keep up.
