By purchasing the Delta Sleep System 2.0 CD and listening to it every night can give you a good night sleep without taking any sleep medication. I also included my own enhanced technique of some breathing exercise and quieting your mind. For some people the CD alone may not work unless you perform the breathing and quiet mind steps.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Delta Sleep System 2.0 CD
  • Portable CD player

Step1
Place the CD in your player and get comfortable in bed
Step2
Adjust the volume for comfortable listening.
Step3
To enhance you falling asleep take about 5 deep slow breaths through your nose and breath out through your mouth. Repeat for about 5 times.
Step4
Return to normal breathing and try to clear your mind of thinking about anything. If this is difficult to do, just think of lying on the beach with the sound of the seagulls and the waves washing up on the shore.
