How to Save Money Using an Online RSVP Service

Online RSVPs are the wave of the future. Virtually everything else we do is through the Internet, and now so are RSVPs. Instead of sending reply cards with your wedding invitations or pestering birthday party guests with phone calls, you include a website address. Your guests then go on that site, anytime day or night, to RSVP. It's a convenient and cheaper way of handling any guest list.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Step1
Forget about ordering or printing RSVP cards if planning your wedding. You don't need them, as long as you have an online service. Estimates are you'll save upwards of $100 or more by eliminating this part of the wedding invitation.
Step2
Forgo buying extra stamps for the wedding response cards. Not only do you not have response cards to worry about, you may save money because your invitation won't weigh as much.
Step3
Save money by not paying for long distance phone calls. Several online RSVP companies offer a service where staff members call your party guests for you. They incur the costs of the phone calls and the hassle of tracking people down.
Step4
Spend your time doing something else for the party or wedding. You probably have a to-do list a mile long. Let the website do the work for you and concentrate on something else.
Step5
Look for online RSVP sites that offer the service as part of a package deal.
