1
Realize that there is a difference between a disguise and a costume. The goal is for people to look at you and not know that they are looking at you and not see you behind a costume.
-
2
Remember that a good disguise includes your entire body, not just your face. Wear different clothes, change the way you walk or speak with an accent.
-
-
3
Wear sunglasses to camouflage your eyes, unless you there is no need for sunglasses (you're inside or it's nighttime). Always wear a hat as well, and if you can't wear sunglasses, pull the hat down lower than usual and tilt your face down just a little so people can't see your entire face.
-
4
Try to blend in with other people around you as much as possible. The hat you choose can play a big part in being unnoticeable. For example, don't wear a cowboy hat if you are spying on people at a baseball game.
-
5
Wear shoes that don't make any noise when you walk. This way, you will be able to get close to people without being obvious.

Tips & Warnings
Don't use items that aren't age-appropriate. For example, if you are nine years old, you should probably stay away from the mustaches and fake tattoos.
