Direct your web browser to Bebo.com. Register for a free account. Bebo will send you an email to the email address you used to register. You must click the link found in that email to verify your email address. You have to do this before you can perform certain things on Bebo.

Add some friends. First check if any of your friends are already on Bebo. Then try adding some random people. Some people don't like this, so be careful. If you are interested in meeting people from your area, you can try searching for your hometown. There are also some groups on Bebo for the purpose of meeting new people and exchanging luv.
