If you are a sci-fi fan, then you must check out the Resident Evil games for the GameCube console. The Tyrant plays a big part throughout the series of games. The remake of Resident Evil 1 is not different. Here's how to kill the Tyrant in the Resident Evil GameCube Remake.

• Resident evil game
• GameCube console

1. Determine which player you are while playing the game. You will encounter the Tyrant several times throughout the game. If you are "Chris," then you must use your magnum gun. Fire at the Tyrant 9 times until he is down. While he is down, grab the lab key and pass the Tyrant to the next part of the game. If you are playing the "Jill" character, then you merely need to activate the computer so you can go through the door.

2. Save your "self-defense gun" which is the second most powerful gun in the game for your second encounter with the Tyrant. Fire it directly at him.

3. Take out your grenade launcher and fire between eight and 10 rounds at the Tyrant. It will take several weapons to defeat the Tyrant this time around. Don't lose faith.

4. Use acid shells in your grenade launcher if you have any remaining. One direct hit can wipe him out.

5. Finish the Tyrant in the Resident Evil GameCube remake off with the Rocket Launcher.

Tips & Warnings

• The Tyrant appears in most of the Resident Evil games. Use what you've learned in this article to defeat him in those games as well.
• Keep at least three healing items in reserve for each of your battles with the Tyrant.
