The twist of fate is a wrestling move in which the wrestler reaches behind to grip his opponent and grasps his jaw, then falls backward to force his opponent to the floor. The move is called the twist of fate because twisting the opponent's neck could lead to permanent injury. This move is indeed dangerous to perform.

Instructions

Difficulty: Challenging
Step1
Perform the twist of fate wrestling move when your opponent is directly behind you.
Step2
Reach back and grip the head of your opponent. Pull him forward so his jaw is extended over your shoulder.
Step3
Stop your forward movement and throw yourself backward so your opponent lands on his back and you fall on your opponent.
Step4
Increase the intensity of this move by running forward before abruptly throwing yourself backward.
