The twist of fate is a wrestling move in which the wrestler reaches behind to grip his opponent and grasps his jaw, then falls backward to force his opponent to the floor. The move is called the twist of fate because twisting the opponent's neck could lead to permanent injury. This move is indeed dangerous to perform.
