How to Reduce Wrinkles With Emu Oil

Emu oil is a safe and effective weapon against wrinkles. The natural oil is absorbed into the skin where it seals in moisture and replaces elasticity, restoring the skin to a more youthful appearance. As it slows down the aging process, emu oil helps to heal damage done by sun, wind and poor nutrition. Emu oil is also odor-free and won't stain your clothing.

    Instructions

      • 1

Choose an emu oil that is light yellow or creamy in color. A darker yellow, brownish or red color indicates a lower quality product and won't be as effective.

      • 2

Place the container of emu oil under hot tap water for several seconds until the oil thins and becomes more liquid. Warm oil will penetrate the skin faster and speed the oil's beneficial qualities.

      • 3

Massage a few drops of emu oil onto your face. The oil absorbs quickly, so your skin shouldn't feel oily after the emu oil is applied. If it does, you have used more emu oil than is necessary.

      • 4

Apply emu oil as often as often as you feel is necessary.

    • Emu oil is great under-eye moisturizer and ideal for dry patches anywhere on the body.

    • If you have problems with blackheads, emu oil is non-comedogenic and won't clog your pores.

There was an article in The News Sunday edition last month. Someone has started raising Emus in Pakistan. I am keen to incubate 3-4 fertilized eggs or raise a pair of male - female chicks myself from infancy- so they will be domesticated pets, accustomed to the people of the house, get on nicely with a pair of night- guard dogs and our cat. Am planning to let them run daily on the lawns and coop them over- night. One fear- will they jump over the fence into the nullah or speedily with giant strides escape out an open gate for a run around the streets- chased by hordes of gun-toting security guards and stick-weilding chokidars? We had an armadillo pet who set off to explore down Nazimuddin Rd horridly beaten to death once! Can one get tame emus onto and off a leash... for a quick exercise dash over a deserted stretch of the Margallas, for instance- and call them back? My chickens...
