Make your home on the Multiply social network a true reflection of who you are by customizing your Multiply site. The site design makes it easy to change the layout and colors of your page to reflect your personal sense of style and self. Change the look of your site as often as you want so the page keeps up with your ever-changing priorities and interests.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate
Step1
Locate the box in the upper right corner of your Multiply homepage. Within the box there is a smaller box for a photo. There is a space underneath the box for your name, location and online status. Beneath that is a list of option links for your site. The first option is entitled "Customize My Site."
Step2
Click on the "Customize My Site" link to enable the design customization options. A box appears at the top of the page. Choose from several Multiply site templates where the color and arrangement of the page is provided for you or upload your own custom site design. Select how each subheading on the page is displayed.
Step3
Work with the default arrangement of boxes and colors. "Customize My Site" enables options for the default appearance of the site, including the rewording of your site title and every subheading on the page. Each subheading is enclosed in a box with the option buttons "Move," "Hide" and "Edit" in the top right of each box.
Step4
Move a subheading to a different location on your page to modify your site design. Click "Move" and drag the box to the desired place.
Step5
Delete a subheading altogether. Click "Hide" to make the box with that subheading disappear from your Multiply page.
Step6
Select the "Edit" to enable different features depending on which subheading you are editing. In the "About Me" subheading box, "Edit" allows you to word a site title and welcome message, provide tags and a link to your profile and upload a playlist of any music you want to play on your site.
Step7
Use "Edit" on the rest of the subheadings to word the subheading title and select what content appears under each. Select "Edit" in "Contacts" and "Guestbook" for additional options regarding who views your contacts and guest book or how many guest book entries are displayed at one time.
