Instructions
  1. Step 1

Wear comfortable clothing for this type of dancing so that you can move in a flexible manner. Skirts for women and loose pants for men are great for this type of dancing.

  2. Step 2

Stand with your back straight and facing your partner. This left side pass usually begins with a sugar push movement. Move your right leg towards your partner and then you left and then put them both back.

  3. Step 3

Drop your hand at the side of your body and then move your body a few steps back as your partner moves across you. Triple step as you are moving back and then repeat it as your feet stop and while you and your partner are on opposite directions.

  4. Step 4

Make sure you keep your posture straight at all time to ensure that the left side pass is done correctly and so it appears perfect.

  5. Step 5

Repeat this step over and over until you really get the move perfected. Practice with your partner as much as possible before hitting the dance floor. Don't forget to triple step when you stand in place.
