As you perform your hacky sack gyrations or tricks with your foot bag, you need to breathe fully but faster. Once you pass the foot bag to another person, stay calm and breathe naturally, keeping a comfortable state.

Take the foot bag back from the other person and be ready to breathe faster like a runner. Perform your tricks and stunts while maintaining rhythmic breathing and notice how your hacky sack skills improve and the foot bag never drops. You have developed your hacky sack skills so they feel quite natural.
