How to Set Up a Home Foot Detox Bath
Foot detox is an ancient Oriental therapy where you soak your feet in warm water charged with a low voltage current. Users believe toxins can be eliminated from the body through the feet. Go to a commercial foot detox location, or buy a home detox unit. There is no evidence that foot detox delivers any medical benefit. Each unit is different, so follow the directions included with the unit.

Tips & Warnings
You need to follow the instructions on your unit carefully. Don't leave your feet in the water longer than the instructions indicate.
Manufacturers of the home foot detox unit claim the machine can detoxify your body when the water interacts with an electric current and magnetic field structure.
Some scientists say you can get the same results by soaking your feet nightly in Epsom salts and warm water.
