Things You'll Need:
- Epsom salts
- Pumice stone
- Lotion
- Cuticle cream
- Cuticle remover
- Nail polish
- Cotton swab
-
Step 1
Soak your feet in warm water with Epsom salts, or use a foot bath with a massage. While your feet are still in the water, smooth the calluses on your feet with a pumice stone. This helps your feet feel soft and smooth.
-
Step 2
Remove your feet from the water, pat them dry and massage lotion onto your feet and ankles. Wrap your feet in a warmed towel for a few minutes to help the lotion absorb and make your feet feel good.
-
Step 3
Rub cuticle cream on the cuticles of your toenails and push the cuticles back. Carefully use cuticle trimmers to remove the dead skin. Trim the nails with clippers and smooth any rough edges with a nail file.
-
Step 4
Paint your toenails with a clear base coat. You must allow this to dry before the next step.
-
Step 5
Apply white nail polish to the tips of your toenails with a brush or pen. Paint a thin line across the top of the nail. You can correct any errors with a cotton swab with acetone on it.
-
Step 6
Place a final top coat on your toenails. Allow this to dry. You now have a perfect french pedicure.
