How to Kill Hunters in Halo

Halo is a combat based game played on the Xbox game system. In Halo, players come across enemies called Hunters. There are various ways to kill a Hunter, and most only involve a few shots.

Instructions

1. Know what different Halo weapons do to Hunters. The rocket launcher, if shot at the Hunter's back, is a one-shot kill. Another one-shot kill is the sniper riffle when aimed at the orange area on the Hunter's back. Another sure kill is to place two plasma grenades on the Hunter's back and then run. Shoot the Hunter three or four times in the face for a kill. It takes five frag grenades to kill a Hunter.

2. Find the weak spots, which are indicated by orange fleshy spots on the Hunter's body. The most prominent of these is in the middle of the Hunter's back.

3. Move around the Hunter using any weapon but the plasma riffle.

4. Aim for on the orange spot on the Hunter's back, but if you cannot hit the mark, shoot him repeatedly on other weak spots. Your pistol also is useful if you hit him on a weak spot.

5. Jump to the side if the Hunter charges at you. Once he moves past, turn around and hit him in the back.

• The sniper riffle is good for hitting Halo Hunters in the back from a long distance.
