Step 1
Grab three clubs and hold one in one hand and two in the other. Hold the clubs in the middle with your thumb pointing to the body of the club.
-
Step 2
Prepare for the initial toss. Tilt the clubs towards the floor and out to the side by lowering your arms a bit. When you throw the clubs they should flip once and you will catch them at the end of the rotation.
-
Step 3
Throw the top club from the hand holding two clubs so it peaks above your opposite hand. This peak is point A.
-
Step 4
Toss the second club when the first club has peaked at point A. Throw the second club directly above your other hand. That peak will be point B.
-
Step 5
Fling the third club as you catch the first club and the second club is descending from its peak. The third club should peak at point A.
-
Step 6
Catch the second club in your opposite hand and the third club in the hand with the first club.
-
Step 7
Repeat Steps 3 through 6 to practice juggling the three clubs until you have a smooth and fluid routine.
