Whether it's on the practice range or during a competitive round of golf, Tiger Woods never hesitates to show off his skills with the club. Although he's better known for being a phenomenon and one of the sport's all-time greats, he's also a great juggler. You might never win a PGA tournament, but you can learn to juggle the ball like Tiger by following these tips.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Find an area with plenty of room before you practice juggling. Golf balls are remarkably bouncy, and an errant shot can easily break fragile objects like lamps and dishes.

  2. Step 2

Pick a high-loft wedge out of your bag. Sand wedges work the best, but you can also juggle with a pitching wedge. In general, irons aren't lofted enough to keep the ball moving straight up and down.

  3. Step 3

Hold the club in your dominant hand. Adjust your grip so it's about 8 inches from the end of the handle.

  4. Step 4

Drop the ball onto the upturned club face with your free hand.

  5. Step 5

Tap the ball once with your club and catch the ball again.

  6. Step 6

Add more taps gradually until you can juggle the golf ball continuously for as long as you want. Consistency comes with strong focus and lots of practice.

Tips & Warnings
  • Stall the ball on the club for an even greater challenge.
  • Keep your juggles relatively low to the ground. The ball should stay within 1 to 2 feet of the club head at all times. Hitting it higher is showy, but difficult to control.
