Step 1
Find an area with plenty of room before you practice juggling. Golf balls are remarkably bouncy, and an errant shot can easily break fragile objects like lamps and dishes.
-
Step 2
Pick a high-loft wedge out of your bag. Sand wedges work the best, but you can also juggle with a pitching wedge. In general, irons aren't lofted enough to keep the ball moving straight up and down.
-
Step 3
Hold the club in your dominant hand. Adjust your grip so it's about 8 inches from the end of the handle.
-
Step 4
Drop the ball onto the upturned club face with your free hand.
-
Step 5
Tap the ball once with your club and catch the ball again.
-
Step 6
Add more taps gradually until you can juggle the golf ball continuously for as long as you want. Consistency comes with strong focus and lots of practice.
