Making natural cleaning products using items you have in your home saves you money and helps protect the environment. And by using things like table salt, vinegar, baking soda and water, you can clean a ceramic bathroom sink without inhaling harmful chemicals.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

Step1
Mix 1 part vinegar with 4 parts water to create a multipurpose natural cleaning product that will work on your ceramic sink.
Step2
Remove stubborn stains and scuff marks by making a paste of salt and scouring with a cloth. Rinse away the salt and the stain at the same time. You can also use baking soda the same way.
Step3
Pour baking soda into the drain and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing to remove odors from the drain and the bottom of the sink.
Step4
Slice a lemon in half and sprinkle the cut portion with baking soda. Scrub the sink using the lemon to remove stains and scuff marks.
Step5
Run the garbage disposal with the used lemon to freshen the drain and rinse the sink at the same time. The smell of lemons will freshen your kitchen.
