How to Fit Two Fists Into One's Mouth

We all have a weird talent or two up our sleeves, or, in this case, dangling at the ends of our sleeves. Fitting your entire fist into your mouth is a showstopper, and you can top it by sticking both fists in your mouth simultaneously.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Stretch out your mouth and cheeks before you begin. Relax your jaw as much as possible by stretching it open and closed in a yawn before you start so that you can open your mouth wider.

  2. Step 2

Put your hand in your mouth fingers first without making a fist. After you've mastered getting both hands into your mouth fingers first, move up to fitting one fist into your mouth, which may take some time.

  3. Step 3

Start small. Perfect getting one fist into your mouth before you try two. Slowly add the other hand, but don't try to jam it into your mouth all at once; or you could hurt yourself. Do this in increments and build up to getting the other hand in there.

  4. Step 4

Practice makes perfect. Depending on your level of skill and amount of free time, managing to get both fists into your mouth may take a few days or a few months.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you get stuck, don't panic. Try to relax your mouth, jaw and hand. If you're still stuck, get help. But stay calm. As long as you can breath through your nose, little harm can come to you.
