Step 1
Stretch out your mouth and cheeks before you begin. Relax your jaw as much as possible by stretching it open and closed in a yawn before you start so that you can open your mouth wider.
-
Step 2
Put your hand in your mouth fingers first without making a fist. After you've mastered getting both hands into your mouth fingers first, move up to fitting one fist into your mouth, which may take some time.
-
Step 3
Start small. Perfect getting one fist into your mouth before you try two. Slowly add the other hand, but don't try to jam it into your mouth all at once; or you could hurt yourself. Do this in increments and build up to getting the other hand in there.
-
Step 4
Practice makes perfect. Depending on your level of skill and amount of free time, managing to get both fists into your mouth may take a few days or a few months.
