  • London broil steak (flank steak or top round)
  • Soy sauce
  • Vegetable oil
  • Molasses
  • Ground ginger
  • Dry mustard
  • Garlic, minced
  • Onion, thinly sliced

      Make your London broil marinade by mixing together all of the ingredients except the onion. Ensure that you combine the ingredients well, then add the onion to the marinade.

      Place your London broil in a plastic bag that you can seal. Add your marinade and refrigerate the steak overnight, turning the plastic bag over a couple of times.

      Remove your London broil from the marinade, and place it on a grill at high heat. Cook each side for three minutes, then lower the grill temperature to medium.

    Make sure you boil the leftover marinade before serving. Boiling for 30 seconds to a minute will kill any nasties from the meat.
