Many people love to ride their bicycle and explore different areas. However, most people ride their bike during the day and don't know the joy of night biking. If you have a passion for bike riding during the evening, consider forming a night-biking society.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Find members for your night-biking society. If you know of people who enjoy this activity, this step is simple. Otherwise, pass out fliers or send out a mass email looking for members to join.

  2. Step 2

Pick a meeting spot for your night-biking society. You need to pick a central location with adequate parking. You should also discuss everyone's schedule to see what time you can meet at night to ride.

  3. Step 3

Outfit your bike with all of the safety equipment needed. Your night-biking society should have rules in order to keep all members safe. Require that each member have lights on their bike, so that drivers and pedestrians can spot them.

  4. Step 4

Choose the routes that your night-biking society will use on their rides. Print out maps and hand one to each member in case you get separated during the ride.

  5. Step 5

Plan refreshments after your night-biking society meeting. Meet up at a restaurant or invite members over to your house.

Tips & Warnings
  • Carry a cell phone while taking part in a night-biking society meeting. This can help you if you get lost or your bike's tire goes flat during a ride.
  • You should avoid certain areas while bike riding at night. It usually isn't a good idea to ride on bridges or through tunnels if you are not experienced at night biking.
