One of the features of a BlackBerry is a calendar to help you plan your schedule. You can customize the view of the calendar to display the day, the week or the month. Try these different calendar views on the BlackBerry to see which one works best for you.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

View the home screen of the BlackBerry. Choose the menu, then pick "Calendar." You should see the calendar in "Day" view, which is the default setting.

  2. Step 2

Press the menu from the calendar. Use the track wheel on the BlackBerry keypad to scroll the menu options.

  3. Step 3

Pick "View Day," "View Week" or "View Month." You can also choose the "Agenda" view from the calendar. This lists the day and location of your pending appointments.

  4. Step 4

Start with the "Day" view, unless it was already set by default. See a list of your appointments from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on a certain day. The event or appointment is summarized and listed next to the time. The current time is also highlighted in this view.

  5. Step 5

Switch to the "Week" view by following Step 2 and Step 3. This displays the weekly schedule, with the current date highlighted. Small square icons appear to indicate appointments or events throughout the week. Read the details of an appointment by moving the trackwheel onto an icon.

  6. Step 6

Go to the "Month" view by repeating Step 2 and Step 3. The current month is displayed with any appointments that you have. Scroll to the highlighted date to review the upcoming appointments.
