Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Eyeliner
  • Mascara
  • Eyeshadow
  • Powder
  • Liquid foundation
  • Makeup brushes and sponges
  • Lip gloss
  • Eyelash curler
  1. Step 1

Collect all the necessary supplies to create this look and make sure the face is clean and dry before putting any makeup on.

  2. Step 2

Use a makeup sponge to apply liquid foundation to conceal any imperfections. Now apply loose powder to the face using a large makeup brush.

  3. Step 3

Apply eyeliner to the bottom lid, top lid and to the skin located just below the eye. Next, wipe the eye with the fingers. Apply more if desired.

  4. Step 4

Curl the eyelashes using an eyelash curler. Apply two or three coats of mascara on both the top and bottom lashes. Put a brightly colored eye shadow, in shades like canary yellow, bright purple or aqua green, on the eyelid all the way up to the brow line.

  5. Step 5

Rub on a brightly colored frosty lip gloss. A clear lip gloss mixed with glitter will work just as well.

  6. Step 6

Style the hair by teasing or curling. Add accessories to the hair such as brightly colored pieces of fabric or mesh.
