In the runaway hit series "Hannah Montana," Emily Osment plays best friend Lilly Truscott, also known as Lola Luftnagle when incognito. Lola has her own funky personal style, and you can have it too. Get ready to look fabulous, because Lola's flashy wardrobe rocks.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Chin length wig
  • Bright, trendy clothing
  • Multiple accessories
Step1
Buy a brightly colored wig cut into a short bob. No normal hair colors, please. It must be lavender, hot pink, neon green or some other flashy impossible-in-nature color.
Step2
Wear a short-sleeved tee with a brightly striped tank top layered over it. Black and white stripes are okay but given Lola's flashy personality, neons are better.
Step3
Choose a pleated skirt cut just above the knee. Black or a black and white theme is best, since so much other color is involved in the outfit. Bright clothing that draws attention is good—a blinding outfit is not.
Step4
Wear fabric arm bands as faux sleeves. If you can find a pair, long fingerless gloves work best. If you can't find the arm bands or gloves, buy brightly colored knee-hi socks. Cut off the foot and slide them up your arm.
Step5
Accessorize with wayfarer sunglasses perched atop your head and a funky, brightly colored handbag or fanny pack with matching tennis shoes.
Step6
Finish the look with more costume jewelry than most people own, much less wear at once. Necklaces with big pendants, long, sparkly earrings and a multitude of jingly bracelets are a must.

Tips & Warnings

  • When in doubt, add more bling. Lola Luftnagle loves loud colors, with lots of jewelry.
  • To make a big impression with a Lola costume, invite a girlfriend to join you dressed as Hannah Montana. People are more likely to understand your costume when they see the two of you together.
