Things You'll Need:
- Blue dress pants
- Dress shirt
- Patches
- Black shoes
-
Step 1
Contact the local fire department or EMT services in your area to determine what they wear.
-
Step 2
Shop for comfortable but sturdy blue dress pants with pockets. Many stores now offer Dickies, a brand that designs clothes for people who work outside and in strenuous conditions.
-
Step 3
Select short-sleeve and long-sleeve baby blue or white dress shirts. These are the two colors most commonly used as a part of the EMT uniform.
-
Step 4
Press your pants and shirts. Crisp creases on the legs and the sleeves of the shirts are critical to successfully emulating this look.
-
Step 5
Iron on the EMT patches worn on the uniform shirts.
-
Step 6
Add black shoes with thick rubber soles to complete the look.
